I met Sheryl about 8 years ago and was very happy using a different title company at the time. She convinced me to just send her one loan to try her out. I’ve been sending her nearly every loan since. I didn’t even know service could be this consistently fast and accommodating prior to Sheryl. Most title commitments come over within 48 hours or less. I commonly tell realtors and customers that Arden Title will bend over backwards to get their deals closed. I don’t think the words “too busy to close on that day” are even allowed in their office.
